These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Startion website, applications and related services provided by Startion Software Technologies.

Startion provides operational workflow tools for live production, including ArtistRider, StageRider and Eventiner. Specific features, availability and limitations are described on the respective product pages.
3. Accounts
Access to certain features requires registration. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for all activity carried out under their account.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the services, attempt to disrupt operations, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at the time of subscription. See the Payment Information page for billing methods and conditions.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Startion's liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered office of Startion Software Technologies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
