Accepted methods
Startion accepts major credit and debit cards, SEPA direct debit and selected local payment methods, processed by certified payment providers.
Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. Charges renew automatically until cancellation.
Invoices
A digital invoice is issued for every payment and is available from within your Startion account. VAT is applied according to the customer's location and tax status.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by law.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
