The Industry Reality

The live-event industry still runs on fragmented workflows.

Multi-billion-euro productions are coordinated through PDF attachments, WhatsApp threads and forwarded emails. Information drifts. Context disappears. Schedules diverge. The people on the ground absorb the chaos.

Our Vision

One shared operational layer. Many specialized workflow surfaces.

Workflow-first thinking

We start from how production work actually flows — not from the limitations of a single tool.

Modular workflow apps

Specialized entry points into one shared operational graph. Adopt what you need, when you need it.

Connected coordination

Every artist, venue and crew works against the same live state. No more version drift.

The Startion Ecosystem

A connected family of production workflow apps.

Each app is a specialized perspective into the same shared coordination graph — intentional, scalable, operationally connected.

Our Story

Built from real production workflows.

Startion didn't start in an office. It started backstage — in trucks, in production offices, on FOH consoles, in the hours before doors. In the space between an artist's rider and a venue's load-in.

After years of watching the same coordination failures repeat at every show, it became clear: the industry didn't need another app. It needed shared infrastructure — a way for every participant to operate from one continuous truth.

Startion is that layer. Built by people who live in the workflow.

Why Startion

Why we are building this.

Deep workflow understanding

Years of operational time inside live production — not adjacent to it.

Modular infrastructure

Built to compose, not to lock anyone in.

Production-grade reliability

Workflows hold up when it matters — on the day, in the room.

Workflow continuity

State persists across surfaces, teams and time.

Looking Forward

The future of production workflows is connected.

We're building toward an industry where every artist, venue, crew and organizer operates against one shared coordination graph — modular, scalable, and continuously in sync. Production work, finally working together.
