Social Media Manager

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is passionate about creating engaging content, building communities, and growing our online presence. Our ideal candidate has experience managing social media channels for tech startups or creative industries and understands how to develop strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow Startion’s online presence

• Create, curate, and schedule content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Manage community engagement and respond to messages and comments in a timely manner

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices

• Optional content creation tasks (e.g., writing posts, creating graphics or short videos for social media).

Requirements:

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a heterogeneous team while being highly self-motivated and capable of working independently

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools

• Excellent content creation and storytelling skills

• High-level proficiency in English, plus at least one additional language at an intermediate level is an advantage

• Knowledge of Hungarian language is a plus

• Background in the music industry, cultural sector, or creative industries is an advantage

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Passion for the music industry and startup environment

• Experience in content creation (writing, graphic design, or video production) is an advantage.
