Sales Representative

Startion is looking for a Sales Representative!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Sales Representative who is proactive in identifying potential clients, presenting our software solutions, and closing deals. Our ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, software sales, or the music industry and enjoys working in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers in the music and event industry

  • Present and demonstrate Startion’s software solutions to prospective clients

  • Guide leads through the sales funnel and close deals

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts

  • Provide customer feedback to improve the product and sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or the music industry

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Ability to independently generate leads and drive the sales process

  • High-level proficiency in English, plus at least one additional language at an intermediate level is an advantage

  • Knowledge of Hungarian language is a plus

  • Background in the music industry, cultural sector, or creative industries is an advantage

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Passion for the music industry and startup environment
