Startion is looking for a Sales Manager!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Sales Manager who is proactive in identifying potential clients, presenting our software solutions, and driving sales. Our ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales, software sales, or the music industry and enjoys working in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers in the music and event industry

  • Present and demonstrate Startion’s software solutions to prospective clients

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

  • Guide leads through the sales funnel and close deals

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies

  • Gather customer feedback to improve our sales approach and software features

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or the music industry

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to independently generate leads and drive the sales process

  • High-level proficiency in English, plus at least one additional language at an intermediate level is an advantage

  • Knowledge of Hungarian language is a plus

  • Background in the music industry, cultural sector, or creative industries is an advantage

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Passion for the music industry and startup environment
