We are looking for Regional / Territory Sales Managers to help expand our presence in various international markets. Our ideal candidates have experience in sales, a passion for the music industry, and strong local connections within their respective markets. This role requires fluency in English and at least one other language relevant to the target region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential customers in the music and event industry within your assigned region
Present and demonstrate Startion’s software solutions to prospective clients
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Develop a deep understanding of the local music industry and its key players
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to tailor messaging for different regions
Provide market insights and feedback to improve the sales strategy
Represent Startion at industry events and conferences
Requirements:
Experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or the music industry
High-level proficiency in English plus at least one additional language relevant to the target region
Strong interest in the local music industry and existing connections are a significant advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage regional sales activities
Background in the music industry, cultural sector, or creative industries is a plus
Passion for the music industry and startup environment
