Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a PPC Specialist / PPC Campaign Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Our ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience in digital advertising, and a passion for driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads

  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key KPIs

  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ROI

  • A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align paid strategies with broader business goals

  • Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or Digital Advertising Manager

  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads

  • Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reporting

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

  • High-level proficiency in English, plus at least one additional language at an intermediate level is an advantage

  • Knowledge of Hungarian language is a plus

  • Background in the music industry, cultural sector, or creative industries is an advantage

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Passion for the music industry and startup environment
