Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a PPC Specialist / PPC Campaign Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Our ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience in digital advertising, and a passion for driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads
Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on key KPIs
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ROI
A/B test ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates
Work closely with the marketing team to align paid strategies with broader business goals
Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices
Requirements:
Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or Digital Advertising Manager
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reporting
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
High-level proficiency in English, plus at least one additional language at an intermediate level is an advantage
Knowledge of Hungarian language is a plus
Background in the music industry, cultural sector, or creative industries is an advantage
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Passion for the music industry and startup environment
