Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a People & Culture / HR Manager (Chief Happiness Officer) who will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong, positive company culture while ensuring our HR processes support our growing team. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on problem-solving, and a passion for fostering a people-first work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement people and culture strategies to support team growth and engagement.
Lead the hiring process, from talent acquisition to onboarding new team members.
Create and oversee initiatives that improve team members satisfaction, retention, and motivation.
Foster a strong remote culture and ensure smooth asynchronous collaboration.
Organize virtual and in-person team-building activities.
Develop HR policies and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
Act as a point of contact for team members concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
Experience in HR, people management, or a similar role in a remote environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
Passion for building company culture and improving team dynamics.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience working in a startup environment is a plus.
High-level proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Knowledge of the music industry or creative industries is a plus.
