Customer Relations Manager

Startion is looking for a Customer Relations Manager!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Customer Relations Manager who will be responsible for developing and leading our customer support and success strategies. Our ideal candidate has experience in customer service management, a strong understanding of user needs, and the ability to build a customer-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer service and success strategy

  • Oversee customer interactions and ensure high-quality service

  • Create processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention

  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product and marketing teams to enhance the user experience

  • Establish and optimize customer support channels (email, chat, social media, helpdesk)

  • Develop self-service resources (FAQs, knowledge base, tutorials)

  • Monitor key support metrics and drive continuous improvements

  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to enhance user experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service leadership or customer success roles

  • Strong understanding of customer experience management and support processes

  • High-level proficiency in English, plus at least one additional language at an intermediate level is an advantage

  • Knowledge of Hungarian language is a plus

  • Background in the music industry, cultural sector, or creative industries is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Passion for the music industry and startup environment
