Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Customer Relations Manager who will be responsible for developing and leading our customer support and success strategies. Our ideal candidate has experience in customer service management, a strong understanding of user needs, and the ability to build a customer-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive customer service and success strategy
Oversee customer interactions and ensure high-quality service
Create processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product and marketing teams to enhance the user experience
Establish and optimize customer support channels (email, chat, social media, helpdesk)
Develop self-service resources (FAQs, knowledge base, tutorials)
Monitor key support metrics and drive continuous improvements
Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to enhance user experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service leadership or customer success roles
Strong understanding of customer experience management and support processes
High-level proficiency in English, plus at least one additional language at an intermediate level is an advantage
Knowledge of Hungarian language is a plus
Background in the music industry, cultural sector, or creative industries is an advantage
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Passion for the music industry and startup environment
